Jud Ross was my rowwing coach in college. He was a great man. To honor his memory, and jog mine, I'd like to list some of his "sayings". He repeated them often and loud. Decades later I've come to realize some meanings that perhaps were deeper than a twenty something could comprehend.
In no particular order:
1) Don't Save Anything!
2) Be as Relaxed as a Wet Washrag
3) Many Hands Make Light Work
